We require certain types of information to deliver the best possible representation of your project in 3D. We work with blueprints, hand drawings, site images but we can also arrive at the project location. We start by measuring and creating a rough sketch for the project to verify the customer’s vision, needs, colors, ideas, and budget to provide us enough information to design the project - The more information you can share the better.
Once we have enough information and the necessary data, we model a white render (without materials), to approve the structure and make decisions to ensure that all of your expectations have been met. This is very important stage allowing changes in the project. In rare cases where revisions equal to more than 50% of the overall workload, timelines and costs can potentially increase.
Once you approve the design, we add the finish materials as requested, some decoration and staging that complement the design. We provide architectural plans and 4-5 FULL HD camera views with 300 DPI resolution using our background in photography and visualization to best capture the project. This process can take anywhere from 7 hours to 72 hours to complete, depending on the complexity of the scene. We also improve and adjust details in Photoshop to add the finishing touches to your realistic renders.

In other cases when the structure already exists – it’s literally cheaper! The costs associated with, for example home staging, photographer services, décor and interior designing may significantly exceed the cost of creating the 3D visualization.
Select ONE person to communicate with us. Make sure you provide a complete set of information regarding your project’s design and needs at the very beginning of our communication. Many misunderstandings can occur when the project has started and details have not been informed before starting the process of creating the 3D visualization, causing delays for the final delivery. We also recommend listening to our artists suggestions.

We require certain types of information to deliver the best possible representation of your project in 3D. Usually these are: architectural drawings, hand drawings, job site images, finish materials, fixtures information, furniture ideas, mood boards, etc. We can also arrive at the customer’s house for a consultation. If you do not have a 3d model, we also offer a 3D modeling service.
